PF impact crusher is to crushing material by impact. It is used in metallurgy, mine, cement, chemical, refractories, ceramics, road construction, water conservancy and hydropower industry. PF impact crusher is suitable for crushing materials that length does not exceed 500mm, and the compressive strength is not more than 350MPa, such as: barite, calcite, talc, rare earth, kaolin, coke, gypsum. The maximum feed particle size is 250~500mm, and production capacity is 50~260T/H. It plays an important role in second crushing stages.

PF Impact Crusher Operation Principle

In order to keep impact crusher working under normal conditions, We suggest you follow the operation tips following:

  • Make a rigorous testing before starting impact crusher
  • Check the lubrication system regularly, when the impact crusher system is running.
  • Regularly examine the operation conditions of the blow bar.
  • Deliver the rocks in th impact crusher evenly. Make sure the stone in proper size and can be crushed.
  • Make sure to keep the machine sealed in order to prevent the dust from flowing into the air.

Impact Crusher Working Principle

The rotor does the high-speed rotation under the driving of a motor. The material impacts with the hammer on the rotor. Then, under the hitting of hammer, the material is broken. The crushed material is impacted to the impact plate and broken again. Finally, the material is discharged from the discharge port. Adjust the clearance between the rotor frame and the impact frame, and it can be achieved the purpose of changing the material discharging size and material shape.
