According to different customers’ production needs, there are two main coal pulverizer model machine produced by Zenith. It is vertical roller mill and ring-roll and ball-race mill.
Vertical roller mill uses hydraulically loaded vertical rollers resembling large tires to pulverize raw coal fed down onto a rotating table. As the table rotates, the raw coal is pulverized as it passes underneath the rollers. Hot air forced through the bottom of the pulverizing chamber removes unwanted moisture and transports the pulverized coal dust up through the top of the pulverizer and out the exhaust pipes directly to the burner.
Ring-roll and ball-race mill is such a machine: a ball or roller between two races or rings provides the grinding surfaces on which pulverization occurs. One or both of the races may rotate against a ball or roll. Ring-roll and ball-race mills comprise the majority of coal pulverizers currently in service at power generating facilities.
Coal pulverizers have helped our contractors make more profits. The following is the detailed production process. The raw coal materials firstly are sent into the crushing plant to be crushed into small size through vibrating feeder. There is vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, belt conveyor and vibrating screen. Belt conveyor will take the crushed materials into grinding mill evenly and gradually. When the materials are grinded, the coal powder will be blowed to cyclone by blower. Then the coal powder will be transferred to storage room through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products. Different coal mines adopt the different production method, such as, the crushing process or the grinding process is not necessary.
